Julia Böttcher and Karsten Arning know what is important in gastronomy.

Together, we can look back on 50 years of professional experience and have even run our own business for the last two decades. Of course, we also started out small, but joy turned into passion and our constant drive to optimize has allowed us to grow steadily. So we are also familiar with the old and new challenges, such as the growing shortage of skilled workers, rising personnel and operating costs and the pressure to achieve the best possible performance, caused by visibility and comparability on Tripadvisor, Google and the like. But as we have never buried our heads in the sand and see every challenge as an opportunity, we quickly took the side of the solution finder.

Our mission

was ambitious. We wanted to develop a tool that would ensure a smoother process, eliminate unnecessary paths and enable a faster reaction time. Thanks to its light, soft material and ergonomic design, the ragback can be placed virtually unnoticed on the service staff's belt. The ragback has exceeded our wildest expectations. 

Our maxim

follows the simplicity of things. Our bag is small but mighty.
